Community Living Residences
Fraserside’s two Community Living residential homes provide fully staffed 24/7 residential care for individuals with physical and developmental disabilities, and complex care needs.
Our homes are warm and welcoming spaces. We help individual residents to live full meaningful lives through person-centered planning and community integration. We encourage individuals to pursue their personal goals and maximize their potential for greater independence.
Our homes
- Mundy Residence - Located in Coquitlam, the inviting Mundy residence provides plenty of common space, wheelchair accessible amenities including a wheelchair-equipped vehicle, and private rooms for each of the five residents.
- Gilley Residence - The Gilley residence in Burnaby is a welcoming home for four residents. Individuals enjoy both private and shared space and wheelchair accessible amenities such as a wheelchair-equipped vehicle.
The Mundy and Gilley residences are licensed under the BC Community Care and Assisted Living Act and regulations and Adult Care regulations.

Referral to Fraserside’s Community Living Residences is made through Community Living BC.
