How Service Access Works

Fraserside does not operate general drop-in services. Most programs are accessed through coordinated referral pathways managed by government, health, and social service systems.

Our role is to deliver services once referrals are made through the appropriate systems.

Referrals for housing and mental health-related services are typically coordinated through provincial housing and regional health systems:

These systems determine eligibility and referral pathways based on individual circumstances and availability.

Some counselling services may accept self-referrals, depending on the program and location. For guidance on appropriate services and access options, provincial health navigation services are recommended:
