How Service Access Works
Fraserside does not operate general drop-in services. Most programs are accessed through coordinated referral pathways managed by government, health, and social service systems.
Our role is to deliver services once referrals are made through the appropriate systems.
Referrals for housing and mental health-related services are typically coordinated through provincial housing programs and regional health authorities
These systems determine eligibility and referral pathways based on individual circumstances and availability.

Referrals for community living and employment supports are coordinated through Community Living BC (CLBC).
CLBC determines eligibility and coordinates referrals to service providers based on individual needs and available supports.
