Social Housing

Fraserside operates two social housing facilities: Hunter Heights and Peterson Place.  Hunter Heights an apartment building in New Westminster was purchased in 2008 and is owned and operated by Fraserside.  Peterson Place in Surrey is owned by BC Housing, and is operated by Fraserside in partnership with BC Housing. These social housing facilities provide non-market housing to low-income families and individuals and people with disabilities.
